Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Period
We use a return period of 30 days during which the customer may return his or her package. These 30 days start when the package is marked as delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within 30 days.
2. Return Conditions
All items must be returned to us in an unused condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
3. Return Costs
Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
4. Return Processing Time
If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank.Returns and Refunds also incur a 10% processing fee.
5. Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, including earring sets, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This policy ensures that all our customers receive unworn and hygienically safe products

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@aetherjewels.com with a photo of the damagesand keep the product safe. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please remember to deliver your return within the 30-day period before the return period expires. Please ask our customer support team for the possibilities.
